Ayr\u0131ca, ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lacak ilde en az bir y\u0131l boyunca ikamet etmi\u015f olma ko\u015fulu da getirildi.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitim ve vatanda\u015fl\u0131k kriterlerinde ise herhangi bir de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe gidilmedi. Buna g\u00f6re adaylar\u0131n en az lise mezunu ve T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti vatanda\u015f\u0131 olma \u015fart\u0131 devam ederken, ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 18 ile 31 olarak yeniden belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>Adli sicil ve g\u00fcvenlik \u015fartlar\u0131 da korunuyor. Adaylar\u0131n a\u011f\u0131r su\u00e7lar ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere belirli su\u00e7lardan h\u00fck\u00fcm giymemi\u015f olmas\u0131, kamu haklar\u0131ndan mahrum bulunmamas\u0131 ve silahl\u0131 g\u00f6rev yapmas\u0131na engel bir durumunun olmamas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan yeni d\u00fczenleme, siyasi parti \u00fcyeli\u011fi bulunan ki\u015filere de k\u0131s\u0131tlama getiriyor.
