Diyarbak\u0131r Memorial Dicle Hastanesinde 5 binde bir g\u00f6r\u00fclen sa\u011fl\u0131k problemi ya\u015fand\u0131. Yeni do\u011fan bebe\u011fin yemek borusunun kapal\u0131 oldu\u011funu fark eden \u00e7ocuk cerrahisinden Op. Dr. Taner Kamac\u0131 bebe\u011fi hemen ameliyata al\u0131p sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015fturdu. Diyarbak\u0131r Memorial Dicle Hastanesinde g\u00f6revli Op. Dr. Kamac\u0131, hastan\u0131n yemek borusunun kapal\u0131 olarak d\u00fcnyaya geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Op. Dr. Kamac\u0131, “Bizim ‘\u00f6zofagus atrezisi’ dedi\u011fimiz bir rahats\u0131zl\u0131kla d\u00fcnyaya geldi. 38 haftal\u0131k, 3 kilo 70 gram olarak zaman\u0131nda do\u011fmu\u015f bir bebe\u011fimiz. Yeni do\u011fan t\u00fcm bebekler yemek borusu kapal\u0131 olabilir mi diye midesine bir hortum ilerletilerek yemek borusu kontrol edilir. Bu hastam\u0131za yap\u0131lan muayenede hortumun mideye ge\u00e7memesi ve t\u00fck\u00fcr\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yutamamas\u0131 \u015fikayetleri olmas\u0131 \u00fczerine hasta bize haber verildi. Durumu tespit ettikten sonra aileyle konu\u015ftu\u011funu ve aile onay\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131ktan sonra bebe\u011fi ameliyata ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Op. Dr. Kamac\u0131, \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131:<\/p>\n

”Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ameliyatta, mide taraf\u0131ndan gelip nefes borusuna giren yemek borusunun alt ucunu oradan ay\u0131r\u0131p, \u00fcst ucunu serbestle\u015ftirerek iki ucu birbirine anastomoz edecek \u015fekilde ameliyat\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k. Bu ameliyat g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs b\u00f6lgesinden, s\u0131rta yak\u0131n bir alandan yap\u0131lan kesiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir ameliyat ge\u00e7ti. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 saatlik bir ameliyatla bebe\u011fimiz sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015ftu. Ameliyattan sonra hastam\u0131z\u0131 yo\u011fun bak\u0131ma ald\u0131k ve yakla\u015f\u0131k bir ayl\u0131k zorlu bir yo\u011fun bak\u0131m s\u00fcreci oldu. Yo\u011fun bak\u0131m doktorlar\u0131m\u0131z ve hem\u015firelerimizin deste\u011fiyle bu s\u00fcreci de ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlad\u0131k. Ard\u0131ndan hastam\u0131z\u0131 a\u011f\u0131zdan beslenir \u015fekilde, \u015fifa ile taburcu ettik. \u015eu an hastam\u0131z bug\u00fcn kontrol\u00fcne geldi. Kontrol\u00fcnde her \u015fey yolunda. Bebe\u011fimiz sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131. Bundan sonra kendisine sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve uzun bir \u00f6m\u00fcr diliyoruz.”<\/p>\n

Anne Nazl\u0131can \u00c7avdar ise gebelikte \u015f\u00fcphelendiklerini ancak mide yap\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ok d\u00fczg\u00fcn oldu\u011fu ve fist\u00fcll\u00fc oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in anne karn\u0131nda kesin olarak anla\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u00c7avdar, “Bu da \u00e7ok nadir g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir durum. Bu y\u00fczden anne karn\u0131nda fark edilmesi de \u00e7ok zormu\u015f. Biz de fark edemedik. \u015e\u00fcphelenildi ama mide yap\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczg\u00fcn denildi\u011fi i\u00e7in ihtimal elendi. Do\u011fumdan sonra bebe\u011fi daha g\u00f6remeden solunum s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 fark edilip aspire edilmek \u00fczere al\u0131nd\u0131. Uyand\u0131\u011f\u0131mda e\u015fim haberi alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu benim i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u015fok oldu \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc beklemiyorduk. \u0130htimali tamamen elemi\u015ftik.
