\u0130stanbul Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan U\u015fak Belediyesi\u2019ne y\u00f6nelik “r\u00fc\u015fvet”, “irtikap” ve “ihaleye fesat kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma” su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda 27 Mart’ta U\u015fak, Kocaeli ve Ankara’da e\u015f zamanl\u0131 operasyon d\u00fczenlenmi\u015fti. \u0130lk operasyonda, U\u015fak Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00d6zkan Yal\u0131m ile yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Halil Arslan, belediyenin Muhasebe ve Finansman M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc H\u00fcseyin Yaman, \u00d6zel Kalem M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Hasan Do\u011fukan Kurnaz, makam \u015fof\u00f6r\u00fc Murat Alt\u0131nkaya ile belediye personeli Cihan Aras ve \u00d6zkan Yal\u0131m\u2019\u0131n g\u00f6n\u00fcl ili\u015fkisi i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu S.A.\u2019n\u0131n da aralar\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu 13 \u015f\u00fcpheli g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve tutuklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan yeni deliller ve belgeler do\u011frultusunda ikinci dalga operasyon ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131. Savc\u0131l\u0131k talimat\u0131 ile harekete ge\u00e7en \u0130stanbul Mali Su\u00e7larla M\u00fccadele ekipleri, e\u015f zamanl\u0131 bask\u0131n d\u00fczenledi. Operasyonda, belediye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve i\u015f adamlar\u0131n\u0131n da aralar\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu 25 \u015f\u00fcpheli g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.
