Resmi Gazete\u2019de yer alan T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi (TBMM) karar\u0131 ile\u00a0\u015eanl\u0131urfa\u00a0ve Kahramanmara\u015f’ta okullarda meydana gelen olaylar ile \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n dijital ortamlarda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 riskler ve olumsuz etkilerin t\u00fcm y\u00f6nleriyle ele al\u0131narak ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri geli\u015ftirilmesi ve benzer olaylar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken tedbirlerin belirlenmesi amac\u0131yla Anayasa’n\u0131n 98’inci, \u0130\u00e7t\u00fcz\u00fck’\u00fcn 104 ve 105’inci maddeleri uyar\u0131nca bir meclis ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na, bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 yapacak komisyonun 22 \u00fcyeden kurulmas\u0131na, komisyonun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresinin ba\u015fkan, ba\u015fkanvekili, s\u00f6zc\u00fc ve katip se\u00e7imi tarihinden ba\u015flamak \u00fczere 3 ay olmas\u0131na ve gerekti\u011finde Ankara d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na, Genel Kurulun 21 Nisan 2026 tarihli 84’\u00fcnc\u00fc birle\u015fiminde karar verildi.<\/p>\n
