Milletimizin ortak iradesiyle kurulan ve sizin de &#8216;en b\u00fcy\u00fck eserim&#8217; diyerek bizlere emanet etti\u011finiz T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti, hukukun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve demokratik hukuk devleti ilkeleri do\u011frultusunda kararl\u0131l\u0131kla yoluna devam etmektedir. Bu k\u00f6kl\u00fc miras, bizlere yaln\u0131zca ge\u00e7mi\u015fe de\u011fil gelece\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorumlulu\u011fumuzun bulundu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatmaktad\u0131r. Anayasal bir organ olarak, demokratik hukuk devleti ilkeleri \u00fczerinde geli\u015fen ge\u00e7mi\u015fimizden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z g\u00fc\u00e7le temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerin korunmas\u0131, anayasal d\u00fczenin g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve adaletin tesisine katk\u0131 sa\u011flama g\u00f6revimizi sars\u0131lmaz bir inan\u00e7la s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekteyiz. Y\u00fcksek hat\u0131ran\u0131z \u00f6n\u00fcnde, bize emanet etti\u011finiz Cumhuriyet\u2019i daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme azim ve kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bir kez daha ifade ediyor; zat\u0131alinizi, silah arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131, vatan, millet ve bayrak u\u011fruna canlar\u0131n\u0131 feda eden aziz \u015fehitlerimizi sayg\u0131, minnet ve rahmetle y\u00e2d ediyoruz.
